Before you call
It helps if you can tell me:
- Your child's age, and their nursery or school
- What you've noticed, and how long you've noticed it
- Whether anyone else has raised a concern
- Whether you've been referred to the NHS, and roughly when
Don't worry if you don't have all of that — a conversation is a perfectly good place to start.
Availability
Sessions are usually offered during the school day and in the early evening, term time. Availability changes regularly, so please ask about current slots.
Response time: I aim to reply to all enquiries within two working days.
